Got a weird loan service text about my mortgage with wrong info

I got this text from a number (878) 251-2331. It said it was from Loan Services and they were trying to contact me about my mortgage. The thing is, they had the right amount and the right name of my credit union. But the ID number they gave was completely wrong. It just felt off. Why would they have some details right and mess up something that important? I didn't reply or anything, but it was strange and annoying to get.
