Ordered clothes in a flash sale and never got them or my money back

I bought some clothes during a "Flash Sale" I saw on Facebook or Instagram or maybe Tiktok. The charge on my card was $43.13 on December 30th, 2025. The company is called Lookmeiish, from New York. They also use the name "Melvienne."

I never got the items. I've emailed their customer support over 15 times now. Every time I ask for a full refund. It's been almost three months and I still don't have my money back.

They keep telling me it's being processed and that "banks are busy." That's all they say. I did open a case with my credit card company about it. But I wanted to put this out there too.
