Still waiting for clothes that never came after six months of excuses

I bought clothes from this place Loom Grace and they said it was delivered but it never arrived. I emailed them over a 6 month period and kept getting excuses like in the next 24 hours it will be resolved. I kept demanding my money back and they just this morning blocked me. I lost 33.96 dollars for nothing.
