Ordered jeans from a Facebook ad and never got anything

I ordered some Judy Blume jeans from a Facebook ad. The website was lorisea.com and the email they gave was [email protected]. I paid $25.97 and never got the jeans. Nothing showed up.

I tried emailing them but no reply. The website is still up though. I just want my money back or the jeans. Feels like a total scam.
