Job offer that wanted me to buy bitcoin for software license

I saw this job offer and the pay seemed way too high for what it was. They emailed me and then asked to move to Telegram. Then this woman Sarah Gardner who said she was HR sent me a video of herself welcoming me to the company.

She said she would send me checks through email so I could buy bitcoin for a software license. I told her I wanted to call and ask some questions first. Never heard back from her after that.

Their website is losangeleseyecarecenter.com and they have an address on W. Third St in LA. The email was [email protected].
