Ordered a toy, charged my card, now they won't answer calls or emails

I ordered an item from Lost in Time Toy Store on March 6th. They charged my credit card on March 9th, which was also the day it was supposed to ship. They said they'd send tracking info.

I started trying to call them on March 13th. Two of their phone numbers are just disconnected. The other one is only an answering machine. I tried emailing them at [email protected]. They replied and asked for my order details, so I sent them. Then they asked for the same details again, so I sent them again. Now there's no response at all. Nothing.

I'm out $239 and have nothing to show for it. I'm going to have to ask my credit card company to go after them.
