Ordered a PlayStation 5 but they hung up when I called

I ordered a PlayStation 5 and it shows up on my Shopify account as a completed purchase, Order #1716. I have a receipt for it. But the company name is Lucarmic Almic.

I tried calling them at (805) 351-6888 and they just hung up on me. No explanation or anything. They have my personal email address too which is [email protected]. I paid $499 for this.

Their address is 8325 Washington Ave in Albany NY but that doesn't feel right. I don't know what else to do.
