Getting constant calls about taxes from different numbers

I'm getting 3 to 8 calls every single day. They come from all kinds of phone numbers from all over the country. I thought it was really odd that a company dealing with tax information wouldn't call from a listed number.

I try to block them, but they just call from another one. They only give one option to call back, some person named Lucy at 833-727-4244. None of this made any sense to me. I even tried to answer the call once, and it was just a recorded message. Yeah, it's screaming fraud.
