Getting constant calls about taxes from different numbers

I keep getting calls from a number, (364) 500-0503. They say they're Lucy and that I have some balance or an un-filed tax return that needs to be dealt with. But then they give me a different number to call back, saying it's their direct line. The number they call from never matches the one they tell me to use. It just feels off. They're constantly calling about this.
