Paid fees for a grant I won on Facebook, then they said a FedEx truck crashed

I got a message on Facebook from someone saying they were Lulie Lynch. They told me I had won a grant. I paid all the fees they asked for.

Then they came back with a story that the FedEx truck carrying my package had a wreck. Now they're saying they need more money to transfer it to another truck. It just doesn't feel right. I've already paid $200.
