UNAUTHORISED PAYMENTS
Unauthorised Charges, Dishonest Behaviour & Refusal to Cancel
I only ordered ONE item from this company, and then noticed, within minutes, that they had deceptively and fraudulently put through two additional purchases that I did not authorise!
I cancelled the extra orders immediately, literally minutes after they appeared, yet the company is now claiming they “cannot cancel because the items have already been shipped”.
This is simply not believable. It is impossible for them to have processed, packed and shipped anything in that short timeframe. Their response feels dishonest, evasive and completely untrustworthy.
Because of this, I’ve had to cancel my bank card to prevent any further unauthorised transactions. The company is still refusing to cancel the orders they added without my consent.
This whole experience has been stressful, time‑consuming and deeply concerning.
Be very careful, check your statements and do not trust them with your payment details. In fact just dont bother buying!
Bought something online and never got a refund
It was an online purchase and I just want what I paid for or my money back. They won't do either one. So now I'm out the money with nothing to show for it.
Charged for extra tea bags I didn't order
I tried to deal with them about it, but it was impossible. Their email is [email protected], but it didn't get me anywhere. The whole thing just feels like a very accomplished scam.
