Charged double for a chair from a company with two different names

I thought I was just ordering a boneless chair. It was supposed to be 19.98 from a company called Lumen. That's what I saw.

But then I checked my PayPal. The charge says Blastup survival gear and it was for 39.98. They took double the money. I tried to email the company to ask about it, but the email just comes back denied. It won't even go through.
