Ordered furniture from TikTok ad and never got it

I saw this company called Lumen Lighting & Home Goods on TikTok and they had furniture I wanted. I literally looked at all the comments and people said they got their stuff so I figured it was real and legit.

Wrong. I got a tracking number but it kept saying it was trying to get into the building. I stay in a house so that made no sense. It kept saying it needed a code to get into the building. Then I checked the tracking again and it said the truck broke down and it would be taken back to the depot to be redelivered. Then they said it was the 2nd and final attempt when it never came the first time. I lost $17.99. Their website is lumenpick.com and their email is [email protected].
