Ordered something online and now the tracking looks weird

I ordered something online for $42.97 on April 17th, 2026. Got a email from something called LUMEN with a tracking number and everything. It said my package was misrouted and being corrected. Next update in 2 days.

But the email came from [email protected] and the website is lumenpick.com. I don't even know if this is a real company. I tried looking them up and nothing makes sense. The whole thing feels off. I just want my money back or my order.
