Getting constant loan calls from a number I don't know

I keep getting these harassing loan calls from 888-269-4978. They call me non-stop. I've told them to stop and they just keep doing it. I never gave them my number. I never applied for anything with them.

They're aggressive and rude when they call. I just want them to leave me alone. It doesn't make any sense why they have my information or why they won't stop calling after I've said no.
