Ordered outdoor item on TikTok and nobody will answer my emails

I ordered something off TikTok, it was an outdoor piece. I guess it was too good to be true. They said it would update within 24 to 48 hours.

I emailed them twice asking for an update. No one responds. I already lost $69.99 on this. The email they gave is [email protected] and the phone number is (888) 888-8888. I don't know what else to do.
