Ordered a couch online and still nothing after months of excuses

I fell for that 9.99 couch scam. Paid for the sofa and the delivery protection. Then my card got used to try buying something from a company out of state but my credit union caught it and flagged it. Had to cancel my card.

Since late March I keep getting notices saying "attempted delivery" with all kinds of reasons. No one was home. Truck broke down. Needed an access code. Loaded on the wrong truck. Truck was misrouted. Even said it was delivered to a neighbor.

First time I contacted support they said it was a real order and it would show up soon. Now they just ignore me when I ask for a follow-up. Their website is lumenpick.com and email is [email protected]. Lost 17.98 dollars.

Ordered from a TikTok ad, then they took an extra $69.99 from my card

I saw an ad on TikTok and it took me to the Lumenpick website. I placed an order there. I checked it out and the site looked correct at the time.

Today I saw they stole $69.99 from my credit card. I never authorized that charge. I already reported it to fraud and had to replace my whole credit card.
