Ordered from a Shopify store and never got my item

I bought something from a Shopify shop called luminioutfit.com. Went through the Shop App and everything. Their site still says "On it's way" but it's been forever. I sent 5 emails already and nobody ever wrote back.

The last update on the tracking was Jan. 24, 2026. Nothing since then. I paid about $50.90 for it. Their address they list is 1209 Mountain Road Place Northeast ste r, Albuquerque, NM.

Just want my money back or the item. Not sure what else to do.

Ordered a tumbler two months ago and still nothing

I ordered a WTP 40oz Tumbler With Handle LNTH from luminioutfit.com on February 3rd. They charged my debit card $50.90 that same day. On February 9th the tracking said "It's on the way." Then on February 26th they sent me an email with the tracking number.

Now it's April 18th and I checked the site again and the tracking number isn't found or it's invalid. I emailed them on March 18th and asked them to cancel the order and refund my money. They never did that.

I just looked on their website and it says orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing them. After that it's locked for processing. There's nothing about refunds if they never ship it. No address or phone number for customer service either.
