Ordered dog supplement online and never got it, can't get a refund

I saw an ad on Facebook for Lumiqour.com, which sells a nutrient for older dogs. I placed an order over three weeks ago and paid $46. The item never showed up.

The only way to contact them is by email at [email protected]. I sent an email and they replied saying my order was on the way. They gave me a tracking number, but when I tried to use it, the system said the number couldn't be traced.

Now I just want my money back, but they aren't replying to my emails anymore. I haven't received the product or a refund.
