Ordered turkey tail and got put on monthly without knowing

Ordered a dog product, turkey tail. Ordered 3 to save and was automatically put on monthly! Did not know this. Asked for a full refund since the product is not working and the customer service is rude. They want to bargain with me! The ad said 90 day money back guarantee. These people are scammers. Their email is [email protected] and the website was through tiktok. I lost 104 dollars.
