Ordered carports on TikTok that never showed up

I ordered two 10x20 carports from TikTok and they never arrived. The tracking number they gave me doesn’t work, it always says some kind of breakdown or that no one was home. I sent a lot of emails and nobody ever responded.

I saved all the emails I sent. If anyone decides to sue let me know I’ll be glad to help. I lost $78.97 on this. Their website is lummens.com and the email I used was [email protected].
