Ordered a pillow, tracking shows it was delivered to a different person and address

I ordered a pillow from Lumuwala.com. I got a shipping confirmation and the tracking said it was delivered. But it was signed by a different person and sent to a completely different address.

FedEx confirmed the delivery was to a different address. They wouldn't let me make a claim because the address wasn't mine. I contacted the merchant about it. I just kept getting the same robotic messages saying they would look into it.

Now their website is shut down and not working at all. I lost $70.
