Order from January never showed up and no refund offered

I ordered something on January 23rd and I still haven't gotten it. They took my money and I got nothing. I emailed them at [email protected] but no reply.

I really wanted this product to work, I was hoping it would help. But now I just want my money back. It's been too long. I paid $57 and they just keep ignoring me.

Their address is 1201 N Orange Street Suite #7223 in Wilmington, DE. I don't know what else to do. I'm just very disappointed.
