Paid Luxrack $188 online, got a fake tracking number and no replies

I ordered some stuff from Luxrack.com. I sent them $188.24 through Cash App like they asked. Right after they got the money, they just stopped answering my emails.

Then like a month later, they finally sent a tracking number. The tracking is from China, but their website says they're in Los Angeles. The tracking hasn't moved at all since March 11th. That's over 30 days with no update.

I've been emailing them at [email protected] every single day. I ask them to fix this or just give me my money back. They haven't answered one time.
