Paid for two pillows on Shop app and nothing ever showed up

I purchase 2 pillows online thru SHOP app. Appeared to be a Canadian company. paid for pillows but they never shipped. now i can not track them at al and there appears to be no website - Shop app does not link either. no response from Luxury Dreams via email. i have reported to credit card company as well. The money came out, 144 dollars. Their email is [email protected] and they say Montreal but who knows. I just want my pillows or my money back.
