Paid $118 on a Facebook Macy's ad and never got the order

I saw this Macy's store on Facebook and thought it was real. Paid $118 for an order and waited for the confirmation email. It never came. Then the order never showed up either.

Then they tried to take another $310 out of my account. My bank sent me an alert and blocked it. So that was good at least. But I'm still out the $118 and got nothing for it. No reply from them either.
