Made With Melanin

I was contacted via *** by Made With Melanin on 9/2/2020 and offered a discount code for their website. I made a purchase of two items on that same day using this discount code and purchased through my secure *** account. I have tried several times to reach out via email directly to this company without any response. The phone number on their *** account has been disconnected. I know have informed them via email that I am filling this complaint as I have not received my purchased items or any response from their company. In reading their return policy, I firmly believe this business is a complete scam and needs to be not only investigated but closed down and consumers like myself must me reimbursed for our investment at minimum. Thank you for your time and I will be standing by for your response and action in this matter.
