Bought items from Magick.com over a year ago and nothing ever came

I ordered stuff from Magick.com more than a year ago and paid 56 dollars. Never got anything. I tried emailing them at [email protected] a few times but nobody ever wrote back. Also tried calling but no luck there either.

Just feels like I threw my money away. No way to get it back and no one will talk to me about it.
