Ordered bras using their size chart and got charged way more

I bought 2 bras from their website. I used the size chart they gave me. It was supposed to be $20 and $4.99 shipping. But they took out over $45 from my account. They said I got a "free" bra but then charged me separate shipping for it even though everything came in the same package.

The bras online looked like they had a thick back almost like a sports bra to help hide back fat and give support. When they arrived they were like a kids training bra. The back straps were only about half an inch wide. I messaged them and they said they only work with high quality companies and they dont offer refunds.
