Ordered from magiquegift.com three weeks ago, no item and no replies

I placed an order on the magiquegift.com website three weeks ago. Their policy says delivery takes up to 12 business days, but it's been 15 now and I have nothing.

I've tried to contact them so many times. I've sent emails to [email protected], submitted three support tickets on their site, and even sent messages through their Facebook and Instagram pages. I haven't gotten a single response back. It's completely silent.

I paid $68 and I see a lot of other people online saying the exact same thing happened to them. They took the money and just disappeared. This whole operation needs to be stopped.
