Dress was way too small and they won't honor their refund policy

I found this website margoandmaycharleston.com from an ad on Facebook but I went straight to their site to order, not through Facebook. It looked legit enough. I got the product and it seemed fine at first. But when I tried it on it was way too small. And I ordered the right size for me.

I emailed back and forth with someone named May with Moore. All she would do is offer me 20% off my next order. But their website clearly says full refund within 30 days if you are not satisfied. I emailed her again two days ago and now she just stopped replying. I lost $69.95 on this.
