Bought dresses online, poor quality, can't get a refund or return address
They asked for photos first. Then they said they'd give me $15 to keep the dresses and 20% off next time. I told them I just wanted my full money back. They said I'd have to pay for return shipping and that it "maybe expensive and not worth it." They also said the package could get held up in customs and they might not get it.
Their website says full returns, but I can't find any tax ID or company address to actually send them back to. I've sent at least ten emails trying to get a return address. Nothing is resolved.
