Got a call saying I owe money and a complaint is filed against me

I got a call from someone saying her name was Maria Torres. Then they called my daughter and said the name was Sophia Marshall. They said I didn't pay them money that we agreed on.

They told me there's a compliance notice filed against me, reference number 95210. They said to call their office right away to get a copy of the complaint notification. They said it can move forward legally without my consent.

The whole thing felt off. I never agreed to pay any money to these people. They used different names and the phone number was (888) 228-8261.
