Got a weird voicemail about a loan I never asked for

I got this voicemail from a guy named Mario Collins. He said he was with the consumer credit department and that I had missing steps for a personal line of credit inquiry. I never asked for any loan.

He left a number, 866-959-1689, and said to press nine. Then in the same message, he said it was about my loan approval and that he was from the credit executive office. He said he'd been trying to reach me to finalize my request for around $53,000. It felt off because I never applied.

He told me to either log into a loan portal I don't have, or press one to speak to a specialist. He gave another number, 833-588-3768, and repeated it. The whole thing was just a voicemail out of the blue about a loan I didn't request.
