Getting constant calls and voicemails about a loan I never asked for

I keep getting contacted about a loan I never asked for. It's from someone named Mario Collins from a Consumer Credit Department. I've gotten a bunch of these calls and voicemails.

I block the number every time, but then the same voicemail just comes from a different phone number. It happens once or twice a week, and it's really annoying. I never signed up for any loan with them.
