Man called saying a complaint was being filed in my county

Some guy named Mark called me. Said there was a complaint being filed in the county I live in. Told me to call him back with some file number before they served me at work or at home.

He never gave me a business name or anything else. Just that number. No company name, no paperwork, nothing. Felt really off.
