Ordered a custom dress in April, never received it

I ordered a dress from marygracecharleston.com back in April. It was supposed to be a custom dress for an event. I paid for it and they sent a confirmation email from [email protected].

After that, nothing. I've emailed them at that address so many times and never get a reply. It's July now and I never got the dress. The event I needed it for is already over.

I'm just out the money with nothing to show for it. They're supposed to be in Charleston, SC, but that doesn't help me. I want my dress or my money back. It's so frustrating.
