Phone call about a summons and wage garnishment threat

Somebody called me saying they were from the Maryland State Processing Unit. The guy said his name was Jonathan Taylor. He said there was a summons from some place called Carters and Moore and they were gonna file a motion for wage garnishment. He even had my home address right, 3 Millwheel Court in Nottingham.

He said to call Connor Sidmore at 888-460-3020 to avoid being served at work or home. Gave me a case number too. It sounded official but something felt off. No real company name on anything, just a phone number. I didn't lose any money but it was pretty stressful getting that voicemail.
