Got a call from Matrix Medical Network about Highmark Wholecare

I just got a phone call from Matrix Medical Network. The person said they were working for Highmark Wholecare. It felt off right away. I asked them for a mailing address, and the woman on the phone told me she didn't know it. How can you not know your own company's address? Something didn't add up. I didn't give any information or lose any money, but the whole call was strange.
