Job listing on Indeed says they are in a town with no employers

I saw this job on Indeed and Zip Recruiter for Maxion Research. It says they have remote research jobs that pay decent. The listing says the company is in Green Valley, AZ.

I looked it up and Green Valley is a tiny retirement community south of Tucson. There are no employers there. So where is this company actually located? The website is maxionresearch.com and the email is [email protected]. The address they list is Orlando, FL.

It just doesn't make sense. I did not lose any money but something felt off about the whole thing.
