Paid for passport renewal on a fake website

I was trying to renew my passport on the government website but somehow ended up on a different site that looked the same. I didn't realize until after I paid. It was $1111.12.

I contacted them at that email, [email protected], and also tried calling the number they had, (321) 221-5210. They refused to give me my money back. I just want my refund.
