Lost over $3000 to an online job that kept asking for more money

I got hired for online work by Mayshs.org. They said I had to do a certain number of tasks and then I would get paid. But every time I finished the tasks and was almost done, my account would show a negative balance. They told me I had to pay that negative amount before I could get my pay. So I kept paying, and the amount just kept going up and up. I was in over my head and I never got a single payment. They took $3261 from me.
