Got a weird one-cent charge from McClure Strategies through PayPal

I got this strange one-cent transaction from McClureStrategies.com in my PayPal. They put a single cent in and then immediately took it right back out. I've heard this is a known trick to check if an account is active before trying something bigger.

They're using the email [email protected] for this. The whole thing just feels like a setup for fraud. This person or company needs to be stopped from doing this to people.
