Ordered clothes from TikTok shop, money taken but never got anything

I ordered some women’s clothing from a TikTok shop. The company was called MEADOCOT and it said it was in NY. I never got a confirmation email or anything after ordering, which I usually do. They just took the money out of my account. I never received the clothing, not a single item. Nothing ever showed up.
