Fax invoice from Med Pulse for a company that never used them

We got this fax invoice from Med Pulse on 05-18-2026. I don’t know how they got our fax number. We never used this company for anything.

I called the number on the invoice, (800) 464-8315. I pushed the prompt for billing questions and got a message saying the person I was trying to reach wasn’t available. I left a message asking for a call back about an invoice I received from them. No one ever called me back.

I’m pretty sure this is a scam. We don’t do business with them. Their address is 9535 Forest Lane Suite 114J in Dallas, TX. Website is medpulse.app and email is [email protected]. Just wanted to report it.
