Got two texts about a Medicare wellness check, but it seems off

I just got two text messages back to back from different numbers. Both said it was time for a Medicare wellness check and that I needed to update my information. The first one came from 888-984-8995 and told me to call 971-346-2931. The second one was from 888-990-6306 and said to call 971-346-9224.

It felt weird getting two texts like that so close together, from different numbers. I don't remember signing up for any reminders like this. I didn't call either number because it didn't seem right. I just wanted to put this out there in case it happens to someone else.
