Kevin Smith keeps calling about $7.1 million I won

Kevin Smith keeps calling me claiming to be with Mega Millions and that I won $7.1 million. He said all I have to do is get a $300 Greendot card and send him the card numbers. I didn't ask for any of this. Never entered anything. He just calls and calls. Says it's real but it didn't make sense to me. So I didn't do it.
