Getting daily calls about taxes even after I told them not to

I keep getting calls every single day for months now from someone named Melissa from Tax Service. I never asked for these calls.

My number is on the do not call list. I even have a screening message that specifically says not to leave me messages about taxes and not to call me. They just ignore it. They call from different numbers all the time, but it's always the same message. They don't stop.
