Ordered a blanket from Mellowsleep and never got it
There is no phone number to call anywhere on the site. I emailed their customer support a few times but nobody ever wrote me back. Just nothing. So I’m out the money and no blanket.
Ordered a pillow from mellowsleep.com, but my order doesn't exist with them.
It's now the 19th and there was no update, so I contacted Mellow Sleep. They told me my order number was from last July. I said no, I just placed it on February 7th. The person asked for my name and said they don't see that name in their system at all.
Then she asked what email the order confirmation came from. I told her it was from [email protected]. She told me I need to contact my bank right away because that is not them. My money is gone and they have no record of me.
