Ordered shirts on sale, got fake tracking and no delivery twice

I saw an ad for shirts that were on sale. I ordered six different ones and even paid for express shipping. I waited a normal amount of time before checking on it.

They gave me a tracking number that goes to a website called track678.com. The tracking info was slow, so I emailed the company. Within a few days it said the package was delivered. I never got anything. I emailed them about that.

They offered a refund but for less than I paid, or they could reship it. I chose to have it reshipped. They gave me another tracking number that went to that same track678 site. It ended up saying the same thing, that it was delivered. Again, I haven't received anything.

Now I've asked for a full refund. They say they're doing it but it could take up to a month. Yeah, right.
